By accessing the website, creating an account, using any free or paid feature, purchasing or activating PRO access, buying credits, using AI explanations or otherwise interacting with SoccerPrediction.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or any of its services.

2. Nature of the service

SoccerPrediction.com provides informational football content, including football statistics, match listings, prediction models, probability estimates, betting-related indicators, odds context, saved filters, public filters, strategy tools, team and league reliability information, match detail pages, AI explanations and related analytical tools.

The service is intended to help Users compare available football data and understand prediction models and historical statistics. The service does not provide guaranteed outcomes, investment advice, financial advice, gambling advice, legal advice or any professional advisory service.

9. Subscription renewal, cancellation and availability

If PRO access is offered as a recurring subscription, the renewal interval, price and cancellation method will be displayed during purchase or in the account area. The User is responsible for cancelling a recurring subscription before the next billing date if the User does not wish to continue using the paid service.

Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future billing but does not necessarily result in a refund for the already active billing period, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Operator.

The Operator may use third-party payment providers to process payments. The Operator does not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

10. Withdrawal and refunds for digital services

Because SoccerPrediction.com provides digital content and digital services that may be made available immediately after purchase, the User may be asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins, where permitted by applicable law.

If the User has used a trial period, no refund is provided for any subsequently activated or purchased access. No refund is provided for any payment charged for the trial period itself, if such payment was disclosed in the trial offer. If the User did not use a trial period before purchase, a refund may be requested only for the first payment for paid access, to the extent and under the conditions stated on the website or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

11. AI-generated explanations
